Hello Alison! There is a big resource at the Unfiction Unforums: http://forums.unfiction.com/forums/index.php?f=8. In there you'll find threads to call for help. People don't just work on ARGs there, but all things related to this area. Someone may contact you from here though too!

Although not specially ARG-related, you could check out http://www.wreckamovie.com for people who can create the assets – videos, puzzles, graphics etc.

Any clues on how someone who is primarily a writer with a theatrical background can begin to actually do Transmedia? All I have is a UCLA grad course under my belt – lots of theory and models created, but so far I've actually done squat. The one project I tried to implement ended up being stillborn. I'm a writer with a love for this stuff. Do I need more education? Do I need to play ARGs for a while? Do I start with my strength, which is writing? Do I quit my job and becoming a traveling minstrel? Help!

Does anyone have some good pitching tips / hints, when pitching a format that SHOULD be a transmedia format but when the possible client (broadcaster or whatever) is mostly interested in a traditional tv-series and ratings?

Working my way through the Workbook Project podcasts and found your site to be a terrific resource. I'm coming at Transmedia from the technology side so I have a few questions regarding tech. When project teams are formed, what are the typical skillsets that tech members typically bring? What deployment platforms are most commonly used or preferred? And finally, can you share some sample technology requirements or deliverables for past ARG's? Spoiler alert: I'm trying to draw conclusions about how current skills can dovetail with the specific skills that Transmedia work my entail. Thank you!
